Honestly, 5 stars are not enough to reflect how excellent Vy’s service is. I’ve been her customer for years and always happy with the result. Vy is attention into details and customer-satisfaction oriented. The hair washing service with a gentle massage is super good and relaxed as well. And what’s more? Customers can even pick a free tea/coffee in the complimentary drink menu. It makes the customer experience is more remarkable. Highly recommend Kai&Co. 👍🤩

So happy with my hair - it turned out exactly how I imagined. I came to Vy years ago when I lived in Sydney, and after struggling to find anyone in Melbourne who matched her skill, I booked in again while I was up for work — and I’m so glad I did. A picture says a thousand words.. can’t believe the magic Vy worked on my hair today. I hadn’t had any colour done to my hair for 10 months so had so much regrowth and needed lots of colour correction with the foils. I wanted a colour that would grow out a lot more naturally. She took my inspiration and absolutely nailed the brief. Very lovely and talented ladies. Thank you so much!
